traceable history
Electronic document flow is the whole journey of a document inside an organisation — from the moment it is written or arrives, through handling, approval, signature and archiving — carried out in one program instead of on paper. The difference is not that the file is digital. The difference is that every document has a number, an owner, a deadline and a status that anyone entitled to see it can see at any moment.
Most organisations still work by email and shared folders. The document is digital but the flow is not: nobody can say exactly whose desk a letter is on, which version is the latest, or who approved a change. UniDocs changes that part — the process itself, not merely where the file is kept.
The system handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, contracts, acceptance acts, invoices, orders and internal documents together. Each of them follows the same logic — registration, approval, signature, delivery, archive — so a colleague learns one rule rather than six different programs.

FAQ
Email carries the file but keeps no record of the process. In a document flow system every document has a registration number, a current stage, an owner and a deadline — so the question "where is this letter?" always has an answer, and it is on one screen.
The system is in the cloud and needs no installation. The real time goes into describing your structure, departments, roles and document types — usually a few working days, with our team alongside you.
No. If they have UniDocs, the document appears directly in their system. If they do not, they get a link by email and can read it, comment on it or sign it without registering.
They are uploaded as scans and registered in archive mode — with the date and number they already carry. Their text is read by OCR, so an old document turns up in an ordinary search like any other.
Access follows the role: your own documents only, your department’s, or the whole organisation’s. A document outside your view does not appear in search results and does not open from a direct link either.
