Can we use our existing templates?
Yes. Your Word templates are uploaded and their variable fields marked — the parties, the amount, the dates. The contract is then filled in from those fields and your text stays exactly as it was.
What happens before a contract expires?
The system warns the owner in advance, based on the end, renewal and notice dates — as far ahead as you choose.
Can an act and an invoice be created from a contract?
Yes. An acceptance act is created from the contract’s own data, and an invoice from the approved act. All three stay in one chronology.
