Open the audit log
In administration choose "Action history".

Filter it
Filter by user, document, type of action and period.

Export an extract
The records you need export as a spreadsheet or a PDF — handy for an inspection.

✓ The log only ever grows — an entry cannot be edited or deleted from the application.
