Extracting data from a PDF
Upload an invoice or a contract and get a filled-in card without typing it out.

Upload the file
When creating a document choose "register from a file" and upload the PDF or the scan.

Check the fields it read
The system reads the parties, dates, numbers and amounts. Every field can be corrected.

Confirm
On confirmation a full document is created, attached to the original file.

Tip
✓ Reading a poor scan is less accurate — always check the amounts.
