Signing a document
How to sign a document with an ID card or remotely.

Open the document to be signed
From the notification, or from "My signatures", open the document and read it.

Choose how to sign
Choose the ID card or a remote method — whichever your organisation allows.

Confirm
Enter the PIN or the confirmation code. Once signed, the document is locked and kept as a separate version.

Tip
✓ If the program is not found, check that the signing service is running and that the reader is plugged in.
