Creating a contract from a template
Use one of your organisation’s approved templates and let the variable data fill itself in.

Choose the template
While creating the contract, switch to "create from template" and choose the document you need.

Fill in the variables
Enter the parties, the amount, the dates and any other variable terms. The changes appear in the document straight away.

Check the document
Read the generated text in preview and edit the draft if you need to.

Tip
✓ Changing a template does not affect contracts that have already been created from it.
