Creating an acceptance act
Create an act from a contract or on its own, approve it and sign it.

Create it from the contract
On the contract card choose "Create an act" — the parties, terms and amounts come across automatically.

Set out the line items
List the work done or the goods delivered, with quantities and amounts.

Approve it and sign it
Run the approval, then send it for signature to both parties.
